*** All deposits are Non-Refundable***

Payment of a non-refundable deposit indicates to me (the breeder) that a potential buyer is serious and not just “window-shopping,” Buyers who are willing to pay the non-refundable deposits have found the right breeder for them and are committed to following through with purchasing a puppy. This means that non-refundable deposits protect me (the breeder) from a situation where a buyer backs out and a I (the breeder) must then dedicate unexpected time and energy finding new homes after declining others, while also caring for the remaining pups. There are no circumstances where money is given back to buyer, if I fail to have a litter, I will offer a puppy from our next litter. Deposits are valid for 2 skips if you don't find a puppy that matches your preferences on the 3rd litter your deposit is no longer valid. Your deposit is forfeited after 1 year of the deposit date. If there is any change in circumstance where you can not get a puppy please let me know as soon as possible.
